New organisation at EURENCO

Paris, November 8TH, 2007- EURENCO is restructuring to better meet its customers’ requirements

Almost 4 years after its creation, a transnational organization focused on customers and programs is deploying to enhance the set-up of common tools and centralized management of R&D activities in order to renew the product portfolio.

Two divisions have been created directly reporting to Jacques CARDIN, EURENCO’s Chairman and CEO:

· a Propellants and Propelling Charges Division, managed by Ronny LINDSTROM

· an Explosives, Explosive Charges and Chemicals Specialities Division, managed by Serge LECUME

Each division is in charge of federating sales and marketing actions and the management of R&D and production programs carried out by the four operational plants: EURENCO France (Bergerac and Sorgues), EURENCO Bofors (Sweden), EURENCO Vihtavuori (Finland) and PB Clermont (Belgium).
